Clearly define your event, project or program.
- What is the charitable intent?
- Is your project or program within the City of Sacramento or surrounding area? How would it benefit the residents of Sacramento?
- Do you have the capacity to implement or complete the project or program?
- Do you have potential donors, grantors or other means to fund your project or program?
